1 tsp Honey
1 medium Carrot
1/2 cup Green Beans
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Finely chop the pistachios in a small bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the chicken breast on a cutting board. Lightly season both sides with salt and pepper, then press the chopped pistachios onto one side of the chicken to form a crust.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken, crust side down, for about 2 minutes until lightly golden.
