Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set a rack on top if available.
In a bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly; the baking powder helps create a crispy texture.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
Place the wings on the prepared rack or directly on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out for even crisping. Brush or drizzle the honey garlic mixture evenly over the wings.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking and glaze absorption.
While the wings are baking, prepare the green beans. Toss them with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a few drops of olive oil on a separate baking tray.
About 10 minutes before the wings are done, add the green beans to the oven. Roast them for the remaining time until tender and slightly crispy.
Once both the wings and green beans are cooked to your liking, remove them from the oven. Let the wings rest for a few minutes, then serve with the roasted green beans on the side.
