Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels. Brush half of the glaze over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated.
Place the chicken breast on one side of the baking sheet. Toss the broccoli in a little olive oil (optional, if extra crispiness desired) and season with salt and pepper, then spread it on the other side of the sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the broccoli is tender with a few crisped edges.
During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the chicken for an extra layer of flavor.
Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve your crispy baked chicken alongside the roasted broccoli.
