1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley & Thyme)
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Toss the broccoli florets with half of the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and finely chopped garlic, then spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the oven for 15-18 minutes until the edges are crispy and lightly browned.
While the broccoli roasts, pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and freshly chopped herbs.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are just cooked through.
