PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F for the asparagus.
Rinse and trim the asparagus. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
While the asparagus roasts, pat the tuna steak dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking.
