1/4 avocado (50g)
10 cherry tomatoes (150g)
PREPARATION
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 2.5 teaspoons of olive oil.
Add the baby spinach and halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the spinach begins to wilt and the tomatoes soften slightly.
