Meanwhile, season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs (such as thyme or rosemary).
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the turkey breast for about 3-4 minutes per side, until nicely browned and cooked through.
Allow the turkey breast to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Plate the sliced turkey alongside the roasted sweet potatoes and green beans, and serve warm.
