PREPARATION
Slice the tempeh into thin strips and pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat the teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the tempeh strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and crispy on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
