350 grams Extra Firm Tofu
200 grams Asparagus
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
1 teaspoon Mixed Dried Herbs
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Press the tofu for at least 15-20 minutes to remove excess water, then cut it into 1/2 inch thick steaks.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, nutritional yeast, mixed dried herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush the tofu steaks evenly with the herbed mixture on both sides.
Place the tofu on one side of the baking sheet.
