1 cup Baby Potatoes (150g)

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Toss the baby potatoes in half the olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.
Lightly toss the broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
