2 cups Broccoli

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then slice into 1/2-inch thick steaks.
In a shallow dish, drizzle a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle half of the mixed herbs and nutritional yeast. Gently press the tofu slices into the mixture to coat both sides.
Toss the broccoli florets with the remaining olive oil and herbs. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
