1 cup Fresh Spinach
PREPARATION
Drain the canned salmon and flake it into a bowl.
Add the egg, almond flour, finely chopped green onions, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 2 patties.
