1 cup Asparagus (134g)
1 tbsp Olive Oil (13.5g)
1/2 Lemon
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Rinse and trim asparagus; toss with half the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and spread on a baking sheet.
Roast asparagus in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
While asparagus roasts, pat the tuna steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tuna steak and sear for about 2 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your desired doneness.
In the last 30 seconds of searing, add the minced garlic to the pan and allow the flavors to infuse the tuna.
Remove tuna from the pan and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top; garnish with fresh parsley.
