Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste
PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into cubes.
In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the cornstarch until evenly coated.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. On a baking sheet, toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are golden and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
