6 oz Salmon Fillet
100g Green Beans
200g Cauliflower
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Season the salmon fillet lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the salmon skin-side down (if applicable) and sear for about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
While the salmon sears, place the green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover, and steam for 4-5 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them for about 8-10 minutes until very tender.
