1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup diced Cucumber
1/4 cup diced Red Bell Pepper
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley & Dill)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1.5 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
