INGREDIENTS
4 oz Sirloin Steak
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cups Cauliflower Florets
2 oz Light Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Garlic Clove
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the steak dry and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the steak cubes and sear them until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.
Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the light cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until a creamy sauce forms and the cauliflower is well coated.
Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss to combine with the creamy cauliflower pasta.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed, then serve warm.
