PREPARATION
In a bowl, whisk together the 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg until well combined.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Add the turkey sausage patty to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until nicely browned and heated through, then remove and set aside.
