150g Sweet Potato Gnocchi
2 cups Fresh Spinach (60g)
2 tbsp Light Cream (30g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (5g)
1 Garlic Clove
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Slice the lean chicken sausage into rounds and add to the skillet. Sauté until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
