PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Lightly season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a shallow bowl, combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs.
Dip the chicken breast first in the egg white ensuring it is fully coated, then press into the breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
