2 tbsp Spicy BBQ Sauce (30g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (5g)
1 cup Fresh Green Beans (125g)
Spice Mix (garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with a pinch of the spice mix until evenly coated.
Brush the wings with a light coating of BBQ sauce, reserving a little extra for glazing later.
Arrange the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even crisping.
While the wings are baking, prepare the green beans. Rinse and trim the ends, then toss them with olive oil and a pinch of the spice mix.
