15g Lemon Juice
3g Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Rosemary & Thyme)
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the chicken breast and shrimp in a large bowl. Pour the lemon garlic marinade over them and toss gently to coat evenly.
Spread the mixed vegetables on the baking tray. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
