1 bunch (150g) Asparagus

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Once pressed, cut it into 1/2 inch cubes.
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, mixed dried herbs, salt, and black pepper.
Gently toss the tofu cubes in the garlic-herb mixture until evenly coated.
