INGREDIENTS
6 ounces Salmon Fillet
1 cup Green Beans
1/2 cup Cooked Brown Rice
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet. Sear for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until desired doneness is reached. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
While the beans cook, reheat or prepare the cooked brown rice if needed.
Plate the salmon, add a serving of brown rice, and top with the garlic green beans. Serve warm.
