PREPARATION
Crack the eggs into a bowl, season lightly with salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey breast pieces and sauté for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
