INGREDIENTS
130g Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
12g Slivered Almonds
100g Fresh Blueberries
100g Sliced Strawberries
1 tbsp Raw Honey
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
PREPARATION
Wash the blueberries and strawberries thoroughly, then hull and slice the strawberries.
In a clean glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt to create the base layer.
Add a layer using half of the blueberries and sliced strawberries.
Spoon the remaining Greek yogurt over the berry layer.
Top with the rest of the fresh berries and sprinkle the slivered almonds evenly over the top.
Finish by drizzling the raw honey over the parfait and adding a light dusting of ground cinnamon.
