PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the asparagus spears with half of the olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper on one side of the tray.
Pat the salmon dry and place it on the other side of the tray, then brush the top with Dijon mustard and lemon juice.
In a small bowl, mix the almond flour, parsley, garlic powder, and remaining salt and pepper.
