Tender Garlic Butter Grilled Steak
Juicy grass-fed sirloin grilled to perfection and topped with a savory garlic-ghee melt, served alongside tender roasted asparagus and earthy mushrooms.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz Grass-fed sirloin steak
1 tbsp Ghee
2 cloves Garlic
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 cup Asparagus spears
1 cup Sliced cremini mushrooms
1 tsp Avocado oil
0.5 tsp Dried rosemary
PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or a heavy cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
Season both sides of the sirloin steak evenly with the sea salt and black pepper.
In a medium bowl, toss the asparagus spears and sliced mushrooms with avocado oil and dried rosemary until well coated.
Place the steak on the grill and cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side for a perfect medium-rare finish.
Add the vegetables to the grill or a separate pan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until they are tender and show light char marks.
In a small ramekin, mash the minced garlic into the ghee using a fork until well combined.
Remove the steak from the heat and immediately dollop the garlic ghee on top, allowing it to melt into the meat while it rests for 5 minutes before serving.
