INGREDIENTS
7 oz Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
10 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Mixed Berries
15 grams Slivered Almonds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
If using fresh berries, wash and pat them dry; if using frozen, allow them to slightly thaw so they release their natural juices.
In a serving glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer and sprinkle with half of the chia seeds.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries and chia seeds.
Finish the parfait by scattering the slivered almonds over the top for a toasted, nutty crunch.
