PREPARATION

Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel, slicing any large strawberries into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
Select a tall glass or mason jar and spoon half of the protein-infused yogurt into the bottom.
Add a layer using half of the fresh mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
