INGREDIENTS
100g Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
1 tbsp Sliced Almonds
1.5 tbsp Honey
PREPARATION
Wash the blueberries and raspberries then pat them dry with a paper towel.
Toast the sliced almonds in a small skillet over medium-low heat for 3 minutes until fragrant and golden.
Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or small bowl.
Add a layer of half the blueberries and raspberries.
Top with the remaining yogurt and the rest of the berries.
Finish by sprinkling the toasted almonds on top and drizzling with honey just before serving.
