INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup Mixed Berries
2 tablespoons Sliced Almonds
1.5 teaspoons Raw Honey
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small bowl and whisk briefly until smooth and creamy.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the yogurt to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries and a sprinkle of chia seeds over the yogurt.
Layer the remaining yogurt on top of the berries.
Add the rest of the mixed berries and the remaining chia seeds.
Finish by scattering the sliced almonds over the top and drizzling with the raw honey.
