INGREDIENTS
200g Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
15g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1.25 cups Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and aerated.
Fold in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to sit for about 3 minutes to let the seeds begin to hydrate.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries over the yogurt layer.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt mixture and top with the rest of the berries.
Garnish with the sliced almonds for a nutty finish and serve immediately.
