PREPARATION
Place the rolled oats in a high-speed blender and pulse until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency.
Add the egg whites, Greek yogurt, protein powder, half of the banana, cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the blender and process until the batter is smooth.
Lightly grease a large non-stick skillet with half of the coconut oil and set over medium-low heat.
