2 oz whole grain pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes

PREPARATION
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole grain pasta according to package directions until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breast with half of the sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften and burst.
Add the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and the remaining salt and pepper to the skillet.
Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes to combine the flavors.
