15g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
3/4 cup Mixed Berries
1.5 tbsp Slivered Almonds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the nonfat Greek yogurt and vanilla whey protein isolate.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the texture is smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to sit for about 2 minutes to let the seeds begin to hydrate.
In a tall glass or mason jar, layer half of the protein yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture and then the remaining berries.
