15g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 large Egg White
1.5 tbsp Almond Flour
1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a small 4-inch springform pan or oven-safe ramekin.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, egg white, almond flour, and monk fruit sweetener until the batter is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the center has a very slight jiggle.
