Warm the flour tortilla in a dry pan or for 10 seconds in the microwave to make it pliable.
Place the warm tortilla on a flat surface and layer the crispy hash browns, turkey sausage, and scrambled eggs in the center.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the hot filling so it begins to melt.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a burrito.
Optional: Place the rolled burrito back in the skillet for 30 seconds per side to seal the seam and add a light crunch to the exterior.
