200g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
10g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
125g Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
1 tsp Chia Seeds
12g Walnut Halves
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel; slice any large strawberries into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
Choose a clear glass or mason jar and spoon half of the protein-enriched yogurt into the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries and sprinkle with half of the chia seeds.
