0.5 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt into a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder and whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
In a serving glass or jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
