0.75 cup Mixed Berries

PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and light.
Stir in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to sit for about two minutes to let the seeds begin to hydrate and thicken the yogurt.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
