PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and no clumps remain.
Stir the chia seeds into the yogurt mixture and let it sit for about 2-3 minutes to allow the seeds to begin hydrating and thickening the base.
Prepare a serving glass or jar and spoon in half of the protein-enriched yogurt mixture.
