PREPARATION
Heat one teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the turkey sausage and cook until browned and heated through, then remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the spinach and sauté until just wilted, then remove and set aside with the sausage.
