PREPARATION
Whisk the pasteurized egg whites in a clean bowl until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the Greek yogurt along with the vanilla extract until the mixture is light and airy.
In a small dry skillet over medium heat, toast the rolled oats and slivered almonds for 3-5 minutes until fragrant and golden.
In a serving glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt mixture, followed by half of the fresh berries and half of the toasted oat mixture.
