75g Fresh Blueberries
75g Fresh Strawberries
12g Slivered Almonds
1.5 tablespoons Honey
0.5 teaspoon Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Lightly toast the slivered almonds in a small pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
Wash the blueberries and strawberries, then hull and slice the strawberries into small, even pieces.
In a clean glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt to create the first layer.
Add a layer of the blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a sprinkle of the chia seeds.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt as the next layer.
Top with the rest of the berries, the toasted almonds, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
