PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt into a medium mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to create the base layer.
