INGREDIENTS
140g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
100g Silken Tofu
36g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
75g Mixed Berries
5g Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Place the silken tofu in a small mixing bowl and whisk or blend until completely smooth and liquid.
Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder to the tofu, whisking vigorously until the mixture is light and fluffy.
In a serving glass or bowl, spoon in half of the protein cream mixture.
Top the cream with half of the mixed berries.
Add the remaining protein cream and finish with the rest of the berries.
Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top of the parfait.
Let the parfait rest in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to hydrate before enjoying.
