Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe baking dish.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the ground turkey until fully browned and cooked through.
Add the diced bell peppers and spinach to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the peppers soften and the spinach is wilted.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the egg well, then stir in the cottage cheese, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper until combined.
Spread the cooked turkey and vegetable mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
Pour the marinara sauce over the turkey mixture, then spoon the cottage cheese and egg mixture over the top, smoothing it with a spatula.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes over the top of the bake.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the bake to set.
