18g Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the slivered almonds in a small dry skillet over medium heat.
Toast the almonds for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and golden brown, then set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, combine the nonfat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is smooth.
