20g Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Almond Butter
PREPARATION
Drain any excess liquid from the silken tofu package.
Place the tofu, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and maple syrup into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and no white streaks of tofu remain.
Transfer the pudding into a small glass jar or ramekin.
Place in the refrigerator to chill and set for at least 30 minutes.
Just before serving, gently warm the almond butter if needed and drizzle it over the top of the pudding.
